This week we had the opportunity to discuss the importance of drinking water and to become aware of the amount of sugar that is in other drinks. They also were assigned some homework. The task was to figure out how much water they should drink each day. The way they do this is by finding out how much they weigh, then divide that number in half. That number in ounces is the amount of water they should be drinking daily:) Drink up!
