For one of the PE standards the students are asked to complete a jump routine. (jump 1, jump 2, jump 3, jump 4, jump in, jump out, jump in, jump on) Level 1--ankles Level 2--calves Level 3--knee and Level 4--just above the knee. If the students complete the routine with no mistakes they move up to the next level. If they make a mistake, they switch positions. Great Exercise....Big Fun!!!
